1. I really love this idea for packaging. I'm actually a huge fan of using brown paper bags for wrapping, but this is by far the cutest I've seen yet. Funny thing, too, I was just singing this song the other day.

2. I've thought about when I get married how I'll incorporate my Dad in some way (No worries, though, I'm not getting married for a very long time) and this is my favorite idea yet. I probably couldn't use anything silk, as that wasn't really my Daddy's thing, but it would be so cool to use a piece of his blue jeans or one of his flannel shirts.

Because I am a lazy bum I decided to do more of a link Monday Must Haves rather than the normal. Call me lazy, I don't care. (But I still feel the need to put some sort of picture here... so just go with it.)

• I am so excited to try and make this Dotting Tool! Perfect polka dots, here I come!
• I love this great Leopard Nail Tutorial. I've been wanting to know how to do this, and I'm awfully glad I found a good tutorial for it. 
• Apparently I'm sticking with nails for right now, because this Bow Nailpolish is to die for... you know me and bows!
• I've been eyeing this Skirt Tutorial for a good week now, and I really need to give it a go. It's just so darn cute. 
• As the time gets nearer and nearer to my graduation I've been looking for some great stuff for my Open House, and this Picket Fence idea is adorable!
• Speaking of my Open House, how about these Mustache for straws! I'm pretty positive I'm going to attempt to make these with foam. If they turn out well I'll make a tutorial. 
• I'm really loving all these Hair Tutorials from The Paper Mama. They're simple, clear, and generally turn out really well. 
• I'm currently very obsessed with this song by Britt Nicole. Hopefully I shall learn it. 
• I love this simple, messy Hair Style. And but of course there is a braid involved.

Vintage Pastels by hannahbyard featuring aldo heels

Um, can someone tell me why I had never heard of Polyvore before? I must have been living in a cave for the past trillion years. 

I created this outfit with everything that I've been loving lately. Pastels. Pastels. Pastels. Unfortunately for me, I think pastels look horrid on me. But maybe little hints of it here and there would be okay, like these shoes. I'd say the shoes and ring are my favorite part of this whole outfit. 

Also, I really need some hats. I want some floppy hats, straw hats, all that jazz.

If you've been a long time reader of Ivory Giraffes you may know about my love of the color grey, & this outfit is too perfect. Light pink & grey is one of my favorite combinations and this outfit just screams "Hannah". Anyone know where I can get the top?

In case none of you noticed, I've been really into hairstyles. Lately I've felt like I'm doing pretty much nothing with my long hair. So I've dubbed this hair week. And everyday (starting tomorrow) I'm going to do a new (to me) hairstyle! Let us see what happens. 

MMH #17

1. I'm thinking about starting a Pyrex collection. Mainly due to all the pretty colors. Which I would also love to have in my wardrobe. 

2. I've never really talked about how much I sew. I used to a lot more than I do now, and I'm finding that I've missed making my annual quilt. So maybe I'll work on this one. 

3. Maybe because it's almost Valentine's Day but I'm definitely digging this DIY Lace Heart Cardigan. I think I'll go thrifting and find a big ole' cardigan and make it!

MMH #16

1. How cute are these nails? 

I'm definitely all over the whole Nautical thing. 

2. I've wanted a fork ring for a long time, but, alas I couldn't find one. I can't wait to try and make my own! 

3. I love my hair, but I wish I could do messy buns. But instead it just lays flat. All the time. I thought the bird pin was especially cute.

4. How adorable are these cupcake gift boxes? My BFF Tanner would love one of these... too bad his birthday was in December. 

5. Hello. Would you like to come home with me?

Also, if anyone has any good recommendations for little black dresses I'd LOOOVE to know. I've tried nearly everywhere, and I cannot find a cute (tasteful. modest. classy.) one.
