As you all know I have my piano audition this Friday. I'm extremely nervous about it, but also really looking forward to it. It should be a great (and terrifying) experience.
This week I'm going to be really trying to focus on my music, and completely perfecting my piece. As much as I love you guys I know I'm not going to be able to put my all into this ole' blog, so I asked some lovely ladies to help me out. You'll be hearing from some wonderful gals, and I'm extremely excited to have them as guests. So little lovelies, clean your rooms, take out the garbage and getting ready for some guests to move in for the week. Treat them with the utmost love.
P.S. If you think of me say a little prayer, I know I could all of them I can get.

so heaven meets earth like a sloppy wet kiss
Last night I had my annual Christmas recital.
It was a blast. But it lasted forever. Plus some. At the beginning my piano teacher said it would probably last about an hour and ten minutes. Which in Mrs. Jordan terms means more like an hour and half... well over two hours later my butt was a wee bit sore from sitting in a church pew.
Luckily the boy came along, so at least I had someone's hand to hold when it was getting to be hours in and I hadn't even played yet. Anyways, here are some pictures from the night.
Have a beautiful day, my lovelies.
I pray there is snow in your near future.
P.S. I'm not sure if I'm the only pianist who is like this, but I cannot under any circumstances wear shoes when I play. Ever. It's impossible and completely uncomfortable.
P.P.S. Do you see how long my hair is on my back??? And with it curled??? YUUUS!
